What Payment methods can I use to pay for my order?
We accept all major credit cards including Master Card, Visa, American Express at checkout on our website.

Additionally we accept payments by Bank transfer, Please select payment by Bank Deposit when checking out, the order will be placed on hold until the payment has been received.
 Please ensure to use the order number for the Bank deposit reference.

Do I need to register for an account to place an order?
No, you can simply buy our products online, without even needing an account, for a lightning fast checkout, but creating an account is recommended.

There are many benefits of having an account with us, including being able to see your account & order history, additionally it gives you the eligibility for special discounts.
Can I cancel my order?
Should you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact our Customer Services team as soon as possible. However, please be aware that once your order has been placed, there is only a small window of opportunity for them to complete your request. Please note that Customer Services are open Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. If your request is received after these hours, during weekends or UK designated Bank Holidays, it may not be possible for them to complete your request.
If we are unable to cancel your order, you may return it to us by following our Returns instructions.
Shipping & Delivery
To which countries do you ship?
We currently ship to the United Kingdom and the EU.
There are some exceptions see here for more details.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary, for example larger products e.g sheds and greenhouses can take up to 9 days. Toys and smaller household items are usually delivered within 4-7 days.
Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes, shipping is free on all orders over ÂŁ40.
What happens if I am not at home?
A card will be left and delivery will be attempted the next working day. Most couriers will attempt two deliveries, after which point the item will be kept at the depot until you arrange delivery. Items delivered by Royal Mail will be returned to your local sorting office and you will need to collect them. Please note that you are liable for any redelivery charges if we book in a delivery and you are not there to accept the delivery.
Can I specify a specific delivery time?
Unfortunately, time specific deliveries are not possible at present
Can I track my delivery online?
Once they are available we will email or text the tracking details to you.
Returns & Refunds
Can I Return an unwanted Item?
Yes, we offer returns for most items up to 30 days from purchase.
Do I have to pay the return shipping costs of an unwanted item?
No, We will arrange for your item to be collected and returned to us.
How do I return or exchange the product I ordered? or, what if I receive the wrong product?
If for some reason you want to return or exchange the product you ordered, please keep it in the original packaging, please note items will only be refunded if the item is in the original packaging and in a re-sellable condition.
What happens if I received a damaged or wrong product, who would pay for the return shipping costs?
We will pay the return shipping costs for items that have been wrongfully delivered or if the items were reported as damaged within 24 hours of delivery, we kindly advise you to check the items upon delivery.
How will I get refunded once the returned item is sent back and approved?
You will be credited on your original form of payment. Credits are issued 3-5 business days after returns are approved and received and could take up to 10 days to show on your account.
Or there is a possibility to get credit on your account for that amount.
Can products bought using Discount codes or at sales price etc... be returned?
Unfortunately not, Products bought during a promotion or daily deals or using Discount codes can’t be returned or exchanged.
